Today's little helpers were Charlie and Emma,
Thank you Charlie and Emma for helping Ms. Sheryll put
crafts in lockers today.

Our little guys that can't do tedious projects has fun gluing
and pasting on their pumpkins. These turned out so cute.

The spider was a project our bigger kids got to do, It took
coloring cutting and gluing, and the black widow turned out awesome.

Boo.....Sweet little feet made these ghosts. Literally every child
this year was so anxious to get their little feet wet in paint.
We had shoes and socks being ripped off like crazy!!!

End of the day play with Charlie and Gavin.

Parents please read

This blog is fun but also a lot of work to post on everyday,
My promise is to post as often as I can, some days get so busy
that I may be to exhausted to work late and may wait till
the next day... But I do want to say that when you come on the blog
to enjoy the sight please follow the blog by clicking on FOLLOW
on the left side. This shows me that you are interested and this is worth my time.
I would like parents to look at the blog a least weekly so you can
talk to your children about their week and the fun activities they are involved in.
They are proud of their work and accomplishments as you are and need
to see that you are proud of them.
Thank you so much, and please support our blog here.

Spiders and Owls

Today's chosen helpers were Klaira and Jaden.
We are trying rotate and give the children opportunity to
'feel special and needed.
They absolutely love it!

Yuk! I know it creeped me out too.
Our theme this week is about spiders and owls.
We went on a spider hunt this morning, this spider was found
climbing the shed. It has his eight legs but in this picture
one on each side is not visible.
Here are some pictures as we were on our spider hunt
this morning, we found a lot of spider webs...
Well for some reason the pictures of outside didn't make it
to the picture log so this here is a picture of Ernest holding his
black widow spider that we made today.
We talked about the black widow spider and the brown recluse.

Raelynn is working on her spider, fun crafts for the kiddo's

This was also game day as some was working on our crafts,
we took turns doing games and crafts together.
Bryce and Jaden playing double board game candy land their way.

While others played Duck Duck Goose. Emma, Ernest and Raelynn.

Killian took it upon himself to be creative doing his glue art...
Interesting...I love it!

Klaira and Landrie are enjoying coloring their
spider and web pictures.

Paige and Grayden are enjoying a nice snack for fuel to
get energized to keep on playing...

Outside play time these girls are having fun in the play houses,
I believe playing as though cooking with "dirt" yum!

Oh the joy of running and playing with friends outside
Charlie is the most adorable little red head I have ever encountered.
He is such a joy and blessing to know.
And so friendly to his friends here at school.

FUN in the sun!. Grayden, Paige and Myla all the same ages
and all best est friends.

As every child is so precious, every one has their unquic personality
and I love each and every one! We are a family here
and the children know how loved they are.
Lots of learning through play and hands on fun, games, music, and exploring.

Probably one of the funnest things to do on the playground
that I have noticed each child loves to do the most is
DIGGING!!!
Charlie, Gavin and Grayden are having a blast!

Our beautiful Auggie, fun things for even the smallest.

Parents our Halloween party next Thursday, remember dress up, and
bring a bag of candy to help out with the pinata.

Scenes from Harrison Fire Department coming to visit us here at preschool.

The kids had a awesome time with the firefighters, our discussion yesterday helped them when the firemen asked questions of what to do, we actually had some good answers. After the fire alarm was set off we all headed to our designated place our sign outside, as though we were having a fire drill. Then the men helped the kids looking through compartments on the truck and getting a idea of what a fire truck has, hands on is excellent way for these little guys to learn and process all this information. After group picture the fire truck left the neighborhood with lights and sirens sounding!!!
It was AWESOME!!!

October time

Most every Wednesday Ms Betty Hayes comes to visit the children with songs and books from Boone Co. Library, she was at one time a volunteer and now retired but wishes to keep coming here to our preschool because she loves us so much, as we love her!

This week is National Fire Safety Week and we have things to learn about how to help ourselves in case of a fire. Here at school we have monthly fire drills, where we will randomly set off the alarm and the kids learn and know what to do, its exciting to see their little accomplishments as we are coming back in from a drill. They are proud to know they did awesome and knew just what to do. Wednesday Oct 16th the fire truck will be visiting us here at preschool.

Each day as we do music time, two children are chosen to become "Today's Helper". They have earned this by being attentive and involved during music. Although others may be just as observant two kids get the chance to be chosen. Proud moment!!!

We definitely need to invest in another IPad!! The learning activities are so broad and amazing how the kids love this and learn so well from. Killian displays his tone of learning here, very kicked back!

Paige is the little artist here! for only being two years old she sure has a steady hand and artistic view, what a wonderful way of expressing her talent!!

Oh the joys of being young! love this picture of Ivy Jane.

I called these girls "giggle girls" they loved it and couldn't stop giggling! so cute
Emma, Raelynn, Klaira and Landrie best of friends.

So far this month we have celebrated Jaden's 5th birthday, lots of fun and goodies. What a beautiful grew of kids!!!

Columbas Day Coloring Activity, and beautiful Landrie fixing to color.

How precious is this, two buddies having a so much fun outdoors.
